Do you want to return something? No problem! We offer a very relaxed, no hassle returns policy.
If your product is faulty then please contact us straight away and we’ll get this sorted for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0203 141 8680.
- You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund provided it is unused and still in its original packaging.
- You can exchange any product within 30 days of receiving it provided it has the same product code and is the same price, for example if you simply wish to exchange your item for a different colour.
- If the new item is out of stock, then we will issue a refund instead.
- If it’s a different product that you’re after, sold under a different product code, or it is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order.
- All refunds will be to the value that you purchased the item, including sale items.
- The original card used to make the purchase will be refunded within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back into our warehouse, however may take a little longer to reach your account depending on who you bank with.
- We will check the item once we receive it back to the warehouse, just to make sure it’s still in the same condition as when it left us.
- You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, so please ensure it is packaged securely so that it doesn’t get damaged on the journey.
- In the unlikely event that the item returned to us isn’t in a suitable condition then we will return it to you.
- You are responsible for paying for the return of an unwanted item, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
