ORDERING

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

Of course, as long as it hasn’t already left our warehouse. Just give us a call on 0203 141 8680 or drop us an email and we’ll let you know.

Can I send my order to an address that’s not my billing address?

Yes.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Yes we do, and if your order is over £100 we will be able to offer you an over the phone discount. Just give us a call on 0203 141 8680

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via PayPal or we also accept the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Visa Credit.

When will my account be charged for my order?

This will happen as soon as your order has been accepted.

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined on your website?

Please give us a call on 0203 141 8680 and we will be happy to take the payment over the phone.

Is your payment system secure?

Yes, all transaction information on our system is passed using 128-bit SSL encryption. No cardholder data passes unencrypted or in any kind of non-secure manner. Your card details are not held in clear text in ANY website.

DELIVERY

How does your UK Standard Delivery service work?

For standard UK delivery we use either Royal Mail or Hermes, and your items should be with you within take 3-5 working days.

For express delivery we use DPD. Any orders placed before 12pm will be received the next working day, otherwise you’ll receive your brand new purchase the day after.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to the following countries:

    Ireland

  •      France
  •      Spain
  •      Germany
  •      Italy

We use DPD for all of our international deliveries and this usually takes between 3-5 working days.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If your order is late just give us a call on 0203 141 8680 or email info@pasx.co.uk and we’ll check it out.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Our couriers will usually leave a card notifying you of their attempted delivery. The card will provide details of how to reschedule your delivery to a more suitable time, or give you the option to collect it yourself from your nearest Post Office or depot.  

What are your delivery costs?

Absolutely FREE to all UK customers.

What are your shipping costs?

  • Postage to Northern Ireland (maximum of 30kg per parcel and 1m in length ): £20.76
  • Republic of Ireland (maximum of 30kg per parcel and 1m in length): £18.17.
  • Italy & Spain: £25.95
  • France & Germany: £18.17

There are items missing from my order. What should I do?

Sometimes we send items separately, but your confirmation email should indicate if this is the case. If there are no outstanding items indicated on your email then give us a call and we’ll check what’s happened to the missing items.

RETURNS

What is your Returns Policy?

We offer a very relaxed returns policy within 30 days of receiving your item, hence the name 'No Hassle returns'. This applies to all unopened, unused items which are still in their original packaging. For our full returns policy please click here.

How long will I have to wait for my refund?

The original card used to make the purchase will be refunded within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back into our warehouse, however may take a little longer to reach your account depending on who you bank with. If you have any concerns let us know by calling 0203 141 8680 or emailing info@pasx.co.uk .


Who pays for the returns cost?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, that’s absolutely fine, however, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) back to us. If however, the item is faulty or there was an error then we’ll get a free returns sticker emailed or posted to you so it won’t cost you a penny. (You will, however be given the option to have your item tracked, which will be an additional cost).

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please call us or email as soon as you can. We always try to ensure our items arrive in top condition, but when, on the rare occasion that doesn’t happen, we want to help fix it straight away.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Please call us or email as soon as you can and we’ll get this sorted straight away. Our warehouse team are great, but occasionally mistakes can happen.

How can I check if you have received my returned items?

What happens if it’s been longer than 30 days?

If you wish to return an item that has passed the 30-day mark then please give us a call on 0203 141 8680 or email us  info@pasx.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

If you want to exchange a product for one with the same product code and it is the same price (for example if you wish to change the colour) then we can, of course, do this for you. However, if it’s a different product or the price is different then you’ll need to return the product and place a new order.
